Questions
What is the minimum order for private label suits?
200 pieces a design. All sizes count toward the 200 and you choose the split, with no minimum per size or colour. For a single suit there is no minimum order: see made to measure.
Do you make private label, white label and OEM suits?
Yes. We are a menswear manufacturer in Egypt and work B2B only. Our buyers are brands, retailers and purchasing offices placing bulk orders. The garments are cut to your pattern or ours and carry your label.
Which garments do you make besides suits?
Blazers and sport coats, overcoats, formal trousers, linen trousers, tuxedos and dinner jackets, waistcoats or vests, overshirts with buttons or zips, and matching sets of overshirt and trouser. Corporate uniforms, wedding suits, groom suits, kids suits for ages six to fourteen and women’s tailoring (jackets, trousers and coats) are made to the same rules.
Which sizes do you cut?
44 to 62 is the standard run. Custom sizes can be made, and every size counts toward the 200 pieces a design.
Can we send our own cloth for cut, make and trim?
Yes. We cut and make in your cloth and add the trims (CMT). Or leave the fabric sourcing to us: our sister house Nile Wool is the exclusive agent for Drago, Stylbiella, Drapers and Lanitex.
Where do your trims and linings come from?
Canvas, shoulder pads, threads and buttons come from Italy, Germany and Turkey. Linings are viscose and silk.
Which jacket constructions can you make?
Fused construction is made today at Obour City, with a woven fusible and a poly or viscose lining. Half canvas and full canvas start late 2027.
Where are you based, and where do you ship?
In Obour City, Cairo, close to Europe and the Gulf. We ship anywhere.
